Location. The historic Best Western Burns Hotel is located in a quiet garden square opposite the Earls Court Exhibition Centre in central London, England. Kensington Palace, former home of Princess Diana, is 500 metres away. Hyde Park, The Natural History and Victoria and Albert museums are within a mile. The renowned Harrods department store, in Knightsbridge, is one-and-a- half miles away. Earl's Court Underground station is 500 metres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Occupying a grade II-listed, red-brick Victorian building, the Best Western Burns Hotel has an impressive marble-floored, wood-panelled lobby with large mirrors.

The parquet-floored Patio Restaurant is a long room with oak furniture. Its international menu includes frequently changing dishes such as Cajun king prawns. The Ellen Terry Bar is named after a Victorian actress who once lived at the hotel and the bar displays paintings of her. It serves light meals such as club sandwiches, and the walled garden is open for the bar's guests in the warmer months.

Business services, small meeting room and wireless Internet access are available.

Guestrooms. The 105 guestrooms on five floors have views of either the garden square or the walled garden. Rooms have light-oak furniture and unfussy blue and white decor. They provide wireless Internet access (surcharge), satellite television, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries.

Expert Tip. London's Hyde Park, less than a mile away, is home to the restored Albert Memorial. The widowed Queen Victoria commissioned the grand monument to commemorate her beloved husband.
