Check-in was supposed to be from 12, but there weren't any rooms available until after 4pm. We were told to go to the town square and find somewhere to have a drink and come back in an hour. Limited parking spaces available and no parking for vans.

This was nt a delux hotel as it states - it was rather shabby - items
pulled off the wall in the room, receptionist wearing dirty uniform

The hotel staff was pleasant to talk/deal with !!

The aircondition too loud during night time. Not possible to switch off during night time since windows for fresh air good not be opened.

Yes, I really did not like the harsh strict check out on 12:00 sharp. Farther, check in also was strict not before 3:00 pm although we arrived at 10:00 am. It is really annoying.

The breakfast was OK, and it is not far from the centre.

The devices in the bathroom did not work properly or were almost broken.

I could sleep undisturbed (the location was good, far away enough from cafe's and crowds), there was a minibar in the room

the cleaning could be done better, one of the receptionists was not very nice to me when I asked something; I had to ask several times before the minibar sheets (to write down the consumptions I took) were placed in my room

The staff was excellent and made you feel at home. I travel a lot and this was the best hotel I've ever stayed in as far as treatment by the people that work there. Excellent.

de Ligging en het ontbijt

na schoonmaak na de 1e nacht, ontbraken (ook na eerder verzoek aan de balie) de handdoeken en badlakens, en de shampoo/douche.

Erg vriendelijk personeel

De schoonmaak van de kamers. Aan de ene kant waren al onze persoonlijke spullen opgenomen, waarschijnlijk ivm schoonmaak (mijn inziens was dat op volle nachtkastjes niet nodig), aan de andere kant waren wastafel en bad niet afgenomen.
