BW Museumhotels Delft is a hotel in the middle of the oldest part of the centre of Delft. The hotel consists of different 17th century canal houses and patrician houses. Antiques and a 2 permanent art collections, created by Dora Dolz and Katinka Roovers, defines the image of the reception and the rooms. All rooms are provided with a radio and colour television, telephone, laptop connect or internet through the TV and a comfortable bathroom. Most rooms have an additional minibar. The old Dutch city of Delft is situated in the green heart of the Randstad. Delft is a painter's paradise with its many canals, bridges, intimate squares and small alleys. In the Old Church you can see the tomb of the famous Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer. William of Orange led the 80 Year War from the Prinsenhof (The Prince's Court). This and many other attractions are certainly worth paying a visit. A stroll through this hospitable and friendly city will certainly lead you to discover the many terraces and restaurants that are situated at the canals.
BW Museumhotels Delft is situated along the old canals of Delft, near Stadsmuseum Het Prinsenhof. The hotel comprises 63 luxurious rooms and 3 romantic suites with whirlpool and is accomodated in eleven adjoining historical 17th and 18th century houses. During the summer months our courtyard is accessible for the guests.
The hotel and The Gallery boasts a unique art project, which, because of the use of colours, forms and material, is an echo of the century old Delfts Blauwe ceramics and The Zodiac. The decor of the rooms is modern and comfortable. Every room has an art object, as part of the project. This project is unique in Holland.
'The Full Moon' bar has a view of the oldest canal in Delft, 'De Oude Delft'.
