Convienience! Local to everything!. Short walking distance to dam square, hop a tram to get there quicker. Room could have seemed less "lived in", between tenants, but not in a bad way. |

The apartment I had on the Spuistraat is fantastic! In the center of Amsterdam, easy access to all the tourist-places. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. As is quite usual for Dutch houses, the stairs are narrow, so it might not be suitable for elderly folk. Niels - the owner is not only very helpful, he is also extremely friendly. Recommended! |

The apartment has style, all facilities and is very cozy at the same time. Asked the owner for a spare blanket for my friend, who was sleeping in the sofa, and he said he would bring one to the apartment on the next day... But for some reason he did not. |

we liked the feeling of living in the city, making some of our meals for ourelves, the apartment was beautiful and tastefully and comfortably furnished the shower did not drain, the floors were not clean, previous occupants had left a tray full of meat fat in the oven, there was a mouse in the kitchen (we saw this mouse on our second evening and this was a very big problem for us). |

The location was great. The apartment was beautiful. When I come back to Amsterdam i will definitely not look to stay anywhere else. The apartment was very big and the price was was unbeatable. Besides the steep stairs, which is everywhere in Amsterdam, there was nothing that i did not like about the apartment. |

Beautiful, comfortable studio apt. Niels is a very nice guy. I've stayed in several hotels around A'dam and this accomdation definitely beats any hotel room in the city. No hassle from any hotel staff. Great location! not at all. great experience. |

Lots of space, felt like more of a local staying in a flat rather than a hotel Had to contact manager directly to find out location and request specific unit as it is not clearly spelled out on booking website |

Niels is the guy rinning the business, he is very friendly. He met us at the tram station, helped with parking, gave good tips on where to eat, was available for text messages if necessary and arranged a transfer to the airport. The apartment was very well located and furnished, we were a group of 6 people and it was much cheaper to stay in the apartment than to book hotel rooms. |
