Hotel Falcon Plaza is ideally situated in the very heart of Amsterdam, on walking distances of the famous Rembrandt Square, the Opera and City Hall, the Dam, the Munt, the Waterlooplein, shopping area and the flea market. All our rooms are with private shower and toilet, LCD-TV, telephone and safe. Breakfast is served between 07:30 and 10:00.
The entire hotel is smoke free.

Location of the hotel was good it is a short walk to the action , Staff were friendly, breakfasts were good , room was nicely decorated and modern, warm and cosy

Ended up getting a double room that was 2 single beds pushed together which was a bit of a disapointment, floor in room did not seem to be cleaned during our 3 night stay

The location was not where it was shown on the interactive map - I found it eventually but only after walking around with my case for an hour

Its location, it was conveniently close to the city centre

The room was not propely cleaned and the beds not properly made during our stay.

Service was good. Hotel is in an excellent location and the room surpassed expectations for the price. They even had an electric kettle and a safe too.

The hotel is not very close to any touristic part of town. It is off the beaten path not near anything. The maid service was not very good either. The only thing they do is make the bed. I used a glass the first day I was there, they did not clean it. After asking them for a clean glass I still did not recieve one.
