Location. Free breakfast. Very noisey from 7am when the housekeepers started work. Lots of banging of doors - I think they wanted the rest of us to get up so they could go home! |

The hotel is situated close to city centre and there are many very good pizzerias in its neighbourhood. Hotel staff is very friendly, understands english well and reacts very quickly for all requests. I think that it is a very good place for travellers that mainly sleep there and during the day are out ! Equipment of bathroom was quite old but each day clean!! Maybe there coud be the choice "sweet or salt" breakfast and not only sweet each day - but it is detail... |

Had towels changed every day. Room was clean. Staff overall nice (with exception of 1 staff). The rate was good for the offer. Breakfast was poor (1 croissant, 1 piece of hard bread, 1 cofee and 1 orange squash, that's it). Room was tiny, bed was against the hallway wall therefore could not rest due to noise from people coming in and out at all hours. 1 member of staff was extremely rude when checking in though the other staff were very helpful, so I think the rudeness was down to the person not the hotel. |

Staff are very friendly. Room is very clean. Location excellent. W.C. is not with the room in which I stayed which is a drawback. I don't remember whether it was clearly mentioned while booking, possibly yes but I didn't notice that time. |

Excellent value for money and great location. Staff speak good english are nice and low key but the hotel and area are safer than termini. Have stayed in rome alot and this would be a benchmark for 2 star at this price. |

Good location for bus/ metro transport.(Casto Pretorio, the closest Metro) Good choice of restaurants close by e.g 39 Via Palestro I would recommend. Having to go into a separate building to access reception and breakfast area. Didn't get air conditioning in either of our rooms after asking at reception, even though temperatures were 33 degrees +. Some staff had very little English. |

room in excellent condition and the price was excellent - although it was january. very noisy, we could hear everything that went on in the room next to ours, talking, sneezing, showering, flushing the toilet, etc |
