Hotelrechnung musste gleich bei Ankunft in bar bezahlt werden (wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung). Vignette für Parkplatz: 30€ Pfand. Das Doppelbett hatte feste Matratzen -wir fanden das toll. (aber das ist Geschmacksache). Wichtig war uns auch, dass es ein Nichtraucherzimmmer und ruhig ist. Hat alles toll geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

the big advantage of the b&b is the surrounding. within a few 100 meters lots of nice restaurants, public traffic (s- bahn) veryl close- only 5 minutes walk. b&b good for a short stay. our double room was VERY small, pretty noisy in the morning, breakfast was ok, but very basic.

The hotel is on the second floor of a nice old building. Two rooms do not have a toilet in the room but on the floor. After talking to the manager the next morning we were moved to a very nice room with shower and toilet. The hotel is ideal for city-trips, situated near Kurfürstendam. Next time we book this hotel again.

We have been to Berlin many times. The location of this hotel was perfect. Our room was good.

the pictures are not real i was not told upo to my arrival at the hotel we han not toilet in the room, too late to decide to move the dept on my credit card was not authorised the bathroom in no a bath room, the shower in the room is really in the room

This very comfortable, pension-style hotel has a charm of its own, reminiscent of visiting grandma's. Anyone used to larger hotels and not equipped with a cellphone may miss the convenience/privacy of an in-room telephone, and find the decor a bit casual. The high ceilings give the place a certain old-world grandeur, while the location makes it an ideal base for visiting Berlin. Good value in an expensive city.

Wrong pictures in Internet Hotel Information. The pictures is from a another Appartment houses on the backside of the Hotel.That s criminal. Breakfast buffet was everydays the same : some bred, 1 small plate of wrapped cheese slices , same for ham/sausages on a small desk , not at all , even the milk couldn ´t be warm because defect microvawe.Depressing sojourns

I spent 3 nights at Hotel Waizenegger and was extremely pleased. All of the hotel personnel treated us very kindly and I thought the price was very good for the quality of the room! The breakfast was very nice also. The morning that we left we had to leave before breakfast was served, but the manager of the hotel allowed us to take some bread and yogurt and coffee with us. It was a great experience. Thanks from Texas!

L'hotel era più che altro un bed&breakfast. Il Palazzo era molto bello, i dintorni idem: era pieno di ristorantini e negozi. Vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici e al Kurfurstendamm. La camera era graziosa, il bagno però era davvero troppo piccolo! Colazione decente, allo stesso tavolo con tutti gli altri ospiti!Nel complesso ok, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e zona ottima!

Book this hotel only if you want to feel like Sally Bowles in Cabaret. Otherwise, if you don't speak German (or Russian- they speak very good Russian in fact, much better than German), be prepared to misdirections and misunderstandings. Be aware of bill charging. I have paid for a certain "tax" which was not on the prior accordance.

We both felt very much at home.The period features of the house and building were just what we hoped for.Vitali(Owner) and his small team are very much 'on the ball' and couldn't have been more helpful. It was such a pleasent difference from the larger hotels--which can be so impersonal sometimes.We will stay again!

Quaint, pokey pension style. Most enjoyable stay - good value for money - great location to access major attractions of Berlin. Recommend it for the budget cheap eats set.

old litle towels not changed after 4 days. Nobody is at the hotel to open the door at five p.m. if you have forgotten the key .

The place is like a boardinghouse/bed-and-breakfast in an old apartment. Rooms are very different. Some beds are sofabeds or roll-aways. But the price for 4 persons incl. breakfast is low considering the location. The place is somewhat worn out but clean. We would use it again.
