The area and walled garden were a delight everyone very helpful.
No wash hand basin in the toilet area in our room, breakfast buffet

The staff was really polite and very helpful. very nice little garden at the back, where we enjoyed breakfast or coffee. Very nice modernly refurbished rooms The only thing is that they were undergoing renovation and could not use the front entrance, but this will be solved soon. |

The hotel was clean, roomy & very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, friendly & helpful. The air conditioning worked great. There is a great variety of wonderful restaurants& shops nearby. The garden was lovely. We highly recommend the hotel & would definitely stay at it again. The Metro was a bit of a walk & partly uphill. |

The location of the hotel. It was close to the Arc de Triomphe and it was easy to get to the metro station, but the hotel was was in a section of town that wasn't full of tourists. That was great! Although there is parking on site, there are only 8 small spaces and it is difficult to get into some of them. We ended up parking on the street. On site parking was one of the reasons I selected the hotel. But this would NOT stop me from staying here again. |

Good value for money for a comfortable hotel in this excellent location - convenient for main attractions and metro. Recently refurbished rooms v.nice - comfortable and clean. It'll be nice when they've finished redecorating public areas - but did not detract from our stay |

The bed comfort, the nice bathbroom and the neighborhood. The wake-up call never came, and the night person first tried to say we must have left the phone off the hook, and then said that the system has been having problems. |
