close to the metro station breakfast is not good. One pays the room price upon check-in. |

This was my second stay at the Avia. My room was not as nice as the one I stayed in previously - see below - though internal noise was not as bad (fewer guests maybe?). Still, the location is good - Bus 39 (stop around corner) goes to Gare du Nord, so you don't have to worry about dragging luggage up and down Metro stairs. The bathroom was smaller (than the one in the room I stayed in last time) and access to the shower was very difficult. I had to turn on my side to get in, and I'm an average-sized person! |

Very convenient for metro, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Very hot at night, although hotel did provide a fan. With windows open, there was a lot of traffic noise. |

I liked the location, we were right beside the metro, the pass machine was opposite the hotel, a bar next door and a shop. I did not like the fact that I requested an extra bed that was never provided. |

Hotel is very close to Metro Pasteur station, it is convenient. The room is clean, the staff, especially the lady, was helpful. The room was very small, it was hot at night as there is no A/C, too noisy from street when you open the balcony (there was no window in our room. We had some trouble sorting out the payment details: the cost of one night was reserved from my credit card and the staff did not even want to hear anything about it. |
