The staff were very friendly. They spoke English, and made sure I had wireless internet in the room, extra towels, and they even called a cab for me when I needed to leave. I arrived 8 hours before I checked in -- but they gave me free internet access, and let me keep my bags in storage while I explored Paris

Even though they were accommodating with letting me keep my bags in storage, the storage facilities were small, unsecured, and often, bags were simply left in the hallway.

Staff were pleasant, helpful and spoke very good English. Good location and near to Metro.

Cramped lift which opened out at the top of a flight of stairs - bit hazardous! Rooms very hot. No facilities to make drinks and no room service. Continental breakfast was adequate but overpriced at 10 Euros. Rooms clean but tired - could do with upgrading.

Very clean, cosy and well maintained hotel.

Small rooms, no air-conditioning. Hotel located at a noisy street.
