The location was very good. The room was too small so there was no room for a chair. The floor was very cold with a draft from the door. |

The location was good and there were many dining options in the vicinity. The bathrooms were comparatively larger than those from other hotels within the same price range. The air-conditioner in the room was especially useful given the unpredictable weather conditions. There wasn't a lock to the bathroom door. |

The members of staff were v.friendly, v.professional The heating did not work in 1 of the rooms and unfortunately this was not rectified even though the fault was reported to a member of staff.I was a little disappointed in the presentation of the rooms.I felt the website was a little misleading.The decor of the rooms on the website looked warm/comfortable and welcoming - they had a presence however the rooms looked a little basic |

1) The shower was so tiny, the doors were tri-fold and only opened about 12 inches, if you are even remotely overweight you will not fit. 2) the elevator could fit no more than 2 people at a time. |

It was 50 metres from the metro in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff and service was excellent. The room was of a high oder - spacious and clean. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The staff was friendly, polite and responsive. The hotel was 50 metres from the fruite & veg market and close to the stores Galeries Lafayette and Monoprix. There was nothing I could fault the hotel on. |
