Easy to reach from Metro, good restaurant choice close-by. Clean room, good breakfast. Door to toilet/shower could not close because door handle was missing. Water temperature in shower went up and down to very hot and very cold all by itself: impossible to take a good shower. |

Staff helpful, polite & always happy. Room compact but not to ridiculous extent suggested in some reviews. Area nice & friendly (avoid the nearby Italian restaraunt though if you want a friendly welcome & good food). If you want the Ritz then pay the rate for the Ritz, if you want good value for money which is clean & friendly look no further. |

The hotel was fairly close to 2 metro stations.It was situated on a quiet street. The staff were pleasant. The rooms were very small though adequate for a few nights stay. The lift was tiny - only holds 4 people. This hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users. |
