The reception staff was outstanding. Very helpful, friendly, and informative. Location was great for things we wanted to do Metro, laundry, post office, restaurants, markets, grocery.

kind and attentive staff, cleanliness, brightness an size of the room, bathroom, the lovely small terrace

Actually the moquette and the strange long table is not suitable for working or writing and should be in front of the window, television screen can be better

We liked nothing - toilet did'nt work, door didn't lock, lift got stuck all trhe time. Didn't get wake-up calls as requested

Most of the staff were very accomodating; one gentleman seemed to be bothered by our questions.

It would be nice if breakfast had been included. Also, the room was rather tight for 2 people.

Stayed only for 1 day as the room was extremely cold as was the shower!! Was told that it was because most people staying at the hotel had their shower in the morning!
