Entirely renovated, with 41 rooms, "all" with air conditioning, full private bathrooms.
With a 5 minute walk Metro Charonne, Ledru Rollin, Bastille, the hotel is "only a few minutes" from some of the most interesting Parisian touristique sights.
The hotel is ideally situated between Nation and Bastille close to the Republique, Opera Bastille and Gare de Lyon.

Location was very good, close to metro, internet, eating options and it was a friendly area of paris. I had stayed in paris twice before in other areas and I definately felt I'd picked a good area and a great place to stay. I also felt relatively safe walking at night. The staff were friendly and helpful and welcome and we felt comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We could hear the tv and talking in the room next to us, but this was a minor detail to us given everything else was good.

Location, breakfast, clean rooms.

Lights from hallways are obvious from inside the rooms in the evening. Noisy at times.

60 euro for a double room including a good breakfast is very good deal for Paris. Nice area.

Rooms and bathroom are a bit small, but still ok.

English speaking staff at the reception, good breakfast selection, hotel being open 24/7 (no problem with getting in at night). Nice, but busy area with good selection of restaurants and bars as well as shops. Good metro links.

Very loud neighbours can be heard through walls.

Breakfast is for a hotel like this quite extensive with reasobly good products. Better than expected. Hotel staff very service oriented and friendly.

The beds were quite hard (personal note), Although the quality of the bedding is good. Rooms and the hals are tiny but this you can expect at that price level so that is not really a negative. Lift is small but we have seen smaller in Paris! Overall good value for money for a budget hotel.Only really negative point that is worth improving is the sound isolation. You hear peolpe walking past you.
