Decoration of the walls of the room and the design of the breakfest room. Good parking.

The room and the bathroom are too small. The shower box was the smallest I have ever seen. The mattress was also too small and unconfortable. The cheap TV set and TV signal were both very bad.

convience to the city centre

no air condition in the room and very noisy outside all night. some plastic roofing was banging all night. no wardrobe space

The staff were friendly, had put up a cot for our baby (no extra charge). It was quiet, the room we had was spacious, with a lovely bathroom and the original decor decor made what could have been a rather boring standard 3 star hotel into something more interesting and personal. It was an ideal choice for exploring Grenoble, within easy walking distance of the station and the centre.

friendly personnel, 7day/24h service, nice breakfast

not too clean (cigarette ash on night chest), bad smell of building (rot) and room (aggressive toilet cleaner smell), no shampoo / toothbrush glass offered on 2nd day

Location was convenient and good value for money. The staff were friendly, the room was quite spacious and clean and the breakfasts were pretty good for the price. Free internet access was very useful.

The room smelled of smoke even though non-smoking was requested. No facilities for tea/coffee making in room.

It was the second time I stayed at the hotel. I liked the combination of rate, location, nice environment and the services (breakfast, internet), so I recommend it.
