Attention, contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur internet, l'hôtel ne dispose ni de parking ni de garage. Il n'y a que DEUX places devant l'hôtel, sur la rue -donc à vos risques et périls- et qui sont de toute façon toujours occupées. Il y a par contre des parkings publics à proximité, mais extérieurs et non surveillés. Les chambres-du moins celle pour deux que nous occupions-mesurent environ 3 mètres sur 4, donc il vaut mieux ne pas avoir trop de bagages... Les fenêtres sont en effet anti-bruit, contrairement à la porte et aux murs hélas... entre le voisin de gauche qui ronfle et ceux de droite qui discutent toute la nuit, bonjour la stéréo. Heureusement qu'après une journée de plage ou de ballades, on est suffisamment fatigués pour réussir à trouver finalement le sommeil. Les points positifs enfin: l'hôtel est effectivement proche des plages et des rues branchées de Juan-les-Pins. Le petit déjeuner, annoncé en sus, était en fait compris dans le prix (ce qui est somme toute normal car il était correct mais frugal). A relever enfin la gentillesse de la dame qui nous servait ce petit déjeuner. En résumé, un rapport qualité-prix correct vu les prix pratiqués sur la Côte, mais sans plus.

It was more expensive to book a room by internet than doing it by phone. It should be the opposite.

The staff is mostly female and very attentive to customer needs. Rooms are clean and nice. The hotel is in the center of Juan-Les-Pins. Don't expect a quiet stay. Breakfast is nothing to boast about, but on the other side you have a nice and cheap start for the day.

From the A8 motorway, exit at Antibes-Juan-les-Pins and follow the indications to Juan-les-Pins railway station. Turn into Avenue de l'Estérel, where you will find the property.

By train
From Juan-les-Pins railway station, turn into Avenue de l'Estérel, where you will find the property.

By airplane
From Nice-Côte d'Azur airport, take the A8 motorway, exit at Antibes-Juan-les-Pins and follow the aforesaid indications.
