One employee at reception told me that the breakfast was included in the room rate but in fact it was not...so it was a big surprise to find out that they charged Eur 10.-- for breakfast per person. In the end, we could find an agreement. Apart of this it was a nice stay, we appreciated the quietness of the area.

L'hotel è molto vecchio, con mobili spartani e non pulitissimo. Ritengo che non sia da prendere in considerazione in rapporto al prezzo/qualità. I bagni sono rumorosi e puzzano. Le stanze sono tutte FUMATORI.

I have been staying last year at the Welcome hotel cheaper and much better, for location as well as service.... Air conditioning was noisy as well as the cars passing the street infront of hotel. I do not recommend this hotel

a nice hotel in a good location - handy to be between antibes and juan les pins. Not far from either. Very friendly

less than 5 minutes from 2 seasides. Personnel very kind. Very small bathroom! and expensive breakfast! good place to spend holiday

Complete disappointment, very small, there was a nasty odour. Reception was always closed. Ancient fixtures and furnishings. Beds were the size of childrens cots...etc. Needless to say we did not stay and moved to another hotel.

Great location, less than 5 min to Antibes, but caution about their breakfast policy. We did not realize that it was not included. The manager said it was not included in the room rate, but it was part of his "reservation policy", which means an extra $10 euros per person, per day. Rather steep and misleading.

We had a wonderful time in Antibes and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone (only seven minutes walk from the beaches)

Quite reaonable price for a clean, overall medium room. It was nice and warm but not as big as you can desire for a really confortable stay in two with luggages :-). Location is great, 5 minutes walk to both Antibes or Juan Les Pins. The Hotel is in front to the street so it is not so quite 'cause of the heavy vehicular traffic.

Small hotel between the beach at Antibes and Juan les Pins, pleasant rooms and friendly staff. Public rooms rather small but good value.

After reservation received e-mail that I have to pay additional EUR 8 per person for breakfast. The quality of it was very poor. Rooms are very noisy.
